Artech ultrasonic sieving system is from Swizterland. It has numerous advantages as followings,
1.No 'hot spots'on the resonator or screen since the resonance frequencies are covered only briefly
2.The caking of powder is prevented with temperature-sensitive powders without loss of throughput.
3.Longer service lifetime of the mesh waveguide and the screen mesh.
4.No tuning of ultrasonic mechanics necessary- the current screen mechanics can be retrofitted and tensioned with the ARTECH waveguide system without any problem
5.Frequency variation excites the entire structure including he screen frame which makes possible the distribution of the sound field over the entire surface, which allows for a high throughput
6.Considerable process safety with forced oscillation without phase regulation, the mechanics always oscillate even without resonances-no possibility of generator overload
7.Converter and HF-cable are located outside the powder flow, no caking on the converter is possible
8.ATEX-certificate for zone 20 inside the screening machine as well as for zone22 outside the screening machine is available
